Reporting Junk and Phishing Emails in Microsoft 365

  1. Click on the email that you would like to Mark as Junk or Mark as Phishing.
  2. On the top side, click the dropdown beside "Shield" icon.
  3. One of the options should be Report Phishing or Report Junk.
  4. The email will automatically be sent to Microsoft 365 to improve the spam protection system.
