Microsoft Teams Desktop Version
- Right click on the "Microsoft Teams" icon in the taskbar.
- Click on the option for “Quit.”
- Open File “File Explorer.”
- In the “quick access” section, type out “%appdata%/Microsoft/Teams,” and then press enter.
- Open the “Cache” folder from there.
- Select everything in that folder.
- Lastly, right-click on “Delete.”
- Relaunch Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams Web Version (Microsoft Edge)- clear the browsing data and cookies
- Open your "Microsoft Edge"
- Then click on the three horizontal three dots on the right-hand side of the display.
- Click on “History”.
- Then click on the horizontal three dots, from there, click on “Clear browsing data.”
- Select “All time”.
- Lastly, click on “Clear now”.
Microsoft Teams Web Version (Google Chrome)- clear the browsing data and cookies
- Open your "Google Chrome"
- Then click on the three vertical dots on the right-hand side of the display.
- Hover over the “History” option and click on “History.”
- From there, click on “Clear browsing data.”
- Navigate over to the “Advanced” section.
- Lastly, select "All time", then click on “Clear data.”
