1. Browse the link as provided:
https://frankygroupit.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
2. It will redirect to the Submit Ticket page. Click on the "Submit a ticket" button. It is not necessary to login into the helpdesk system if you would like to submit a Ticket.
3. Key in your email address as per screenshot below. Click on the "Add CC". Then, enter the email address for the CC if it is an urgent request that requires the attention of the specific person.
4. Choose the "Type" to categorized the problem/issue. If the options is not inside, you may choose "Others".
5. Insert the Subject and Description for the tickets. Proceed to add attachments is any. Then, click on the "Submit" button.
Example Situation: User A has been printing issue where whenever they try to print an error will be prompted.
6. Your tickets will be received by IT Department.
